Abuse of Discretion - Clark D. Forsythe
"Abuse of Discretion is a must-read for anyone who wants to understand just how rotten of a foundation legalized abortion is built upon. Roe v. Wade wasn’t just a bad decision; Clarke Forsythe uses the judges’ own papers to show you how the fix was in from the start." Based on 20 years of research, Abuse of Discretion provides a critical review of the behind-the-scenes deliberations that went into the Supreme Court’s abortion decisions and how the mistakes made by the justices from 1971 to 1973 have led to the turmoil we see today in legislation, politics, and public health.
