Right to Life of Michigan is seeking a prolife committed individual for the position of Development Coordinator. The qualified candidate will preferably have experience in fund-raising, as well as established major gift program; a self-starter who tends to details, fund-raising tactics and strategies; working from a home office in the southeast Michigan area. The objective of this position is to enhance the financial and organizational development of RLM. This is a full-time salaried position to include insurance, paid vacation and paid holidays. Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to

1. Assist in promoting fund-raising programs for Right to Life of Michigan
2. Maintain a major gift program

Qualifications

1. Travel, day and evening hours and limited week-ends; vehicle/driver's license are necessities.
2. Plan and organize fund-raising tactics/strategies in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Detail oriented, self-starter who is familiar with fund-raising tactics and strategies
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Personality traits which are essential for this position include: the ability to quickly establish a rapport with people, honesty, sincerity, patience, a positive attitude, and of course, a good sense of humor!
