Right to Life of Michigan

Vote, Protect Life August 8th

The Right to Life of Michigan Political Action Committee (RLM-PAC) was established as the political action arm of Right to Life of Michigan with the express directive to endorse candidates for political office who, according to RLM-PAC bylaws and criteria, would be the best and most effective voice for the unborn.

RLM-PAC endorsements are:

1. Non-Partisan - based not on a particular political party or a party platform but on an individual candidate’s fulfillment of RLM-PAC endorsement criteria.

2. Based solely on RLM-PAC bylaws and criteria - endorsements are made by the RLM-PAC based on established criteria.

Michigan has 15 Congressional Districts. To help you determine your district, the Congressional District map on this page will serve as a guide. After you have located your district, find the corresponding ballot on the following pages. The ballots also list counties which lie in each Congressional District. The district ballots list prolife candidates running for Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, U.S. Senate, U.S. Congress, Michigan State Senate, Michigan State House, judicial openings and county races.

The role of the Right to Life of Michigan Political Action Committee is to inform the prolife community which candidates are believed to be the strongest and most effective voice for the unborn, according to PAC Director Larry Galmish.

“All the candidates we have endorsed have been carefully screened and have signed a written questionnaire stating their support for prolife legislation,” Galmish said.

Every prolife vote for the RLM-PAC endorsed candidates August 8 is important because many races are won or lost in the primary election. Many of the November elections are really decided in the Primary.

Your vote August 8 can mean the difference between the passage or defeat of important prolife legislation.
Right to Life of Michigan President Barbara Listing said, “Throughout the history of our nation a single issue has often become the deciding factor as we cast our ballots – civil rights, the environment, and the economy are some issues. Legalized abortion is the most important single issue facing America today. The right to Life for all members of our human family is the most important right guaranteed by our founding fathers.”
