Is RU 486 COMING?
The deadly abortion pill may soon become available

The prolife movement has been hearing for years that RU 486 would soon be available in the United States. The reality of this medical abortion procedure being used in the United States is looming. Media reports have hinted that the Food and Drug Administration is expected to decide whether to lift the RU 486 ban, giving final marketing approval.

Eagerly waiting for government approval of RU 486, Danco Laboratories, LLC, is prepared to oversee the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of the lethal abortion concoction RU 486.

President of Right to Life of Michigan Barbara Listing said, “Imagine, the US Food and Drug Administration approving a drug which kills an unborn child. The FDA would be out of the healing business and into the killing business.”

Under former President George Bush, RU 486 was banned from the United States. Its deadly effects could not kill unborn humans and could not injure women. But under the Clinton/Gore Administration, RU 486 has been welcomed to America, welcomed to slaughter innocent lives, welcomed to haunt women who regret aborting their unborn children, and welcomed to disintegrate families in America.

Listing said, “Some people question the power of the President regarding prolife matters. You can be certain that if we elect a prolife president in November, the children, women and families of our great country will benefit. The next President will have the power to ban deadly drugs, sign prolife legislation passed by the US Congress and nominate U.S. Supreme Court judges who will uphold prolife legislation.”
RU-486 can be used as an abortion method through the seventh week of pregnancy. However, what some women don’t know or want to acknowledge is that at conception human life begins. After only 25 days' gestation, the unborn child’s heart begins to beat and by 6 weeks' gestation brain waves can be detected.

The Right to Life of Michigan News will take a closer look at the deadly effects of RU 486 in the next issue.
