Completing Michigan Statutory Will can take place privately at home

We have been flooded with requests for the FREE Michigan Statutory Will since our last issue of the RLM News.

RLM Director of Gift Planning Kathleen Bordo Crombie said, "Although the
forms are always available through RLM, our special offer has sparked
interest in many of our members to complete a Will without delay.  That's
great news, because the shocking truth is that 80 percent of Americans die
without a Will ? that doesn't have to be their final answer."

If you already have a Will, and it was drafted several years ago, it may no
longer accurately reflect your current wishes.  Now may be a very good time
to review your Will and make any necessary changes.

Having a completed Will is very important!  Why let people you don't know
distribute your hard-earned assets in probate court?  You have the
opportunity today to make your wishes known through a legal document you
can complete in the privacy of your own home.

General Counsel for Right to Life of Michigan William Peper said, "Although
we encourage people to consult with their professional legal and tax
advisors, the Michigan Statutory Will is very easy to draft or update
without involving an attorney. The State Legislature has created a Michigan
Statutory Will that is simple to fill out and creates a valid Will when
completed."

Don't hesitate to contact the RLM Office of Gift Planning with any
