Mark Pickup Conference Banquet
Mark Pickup is incurably ill and disabled with chronic, progressive
multiple sclerosis. He has become a voice across North America
against euthanasia and physician-assisted suicide, for disability
rights and inclusion within society; his social commentaries are
widely published. Please join us for Mr. Pickup's presentation, "To Be or Not to Be The Human Family (A Disabled Man's
Plea)."
Pastor Paul Clark Prayer Breakfast
Rev. Clark has been serving as pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church
(Missouri Synod) in Fowler, Michigan for more than 13 years. Rev.
Clark and his wife, Elizabeth, have two children Alexander and
Thaddeus brought to them by adoption.
Austin Ruse General Session
Austin Ruse is president of the Catholic Family and Human Right
Institute (C-FAM), a United Nations-related non-governmental organization
that specializes in assisting UN delegations to negotiate UN resolutions,
treaties and conventions. Please join Mr. Ruse as he discusses, "The UN Threat to Three Sacred Sovereignties."
Sally Winn General Session
Feminists for Life Vice President Sally Winn knows the challenges
of pregnancy and parenting in college firsthand. In addition to
covering 200 years of prolife feminism, Ms. Winn emphasizes solutions
for pregnant and parenting students and staff in her presentation, "Refuse to Choose: Reclaiming Feminism."
Pam Posthumus Luncheon
Pam Posthumus has been the wife of Lieutenant Governor Dick Posthumus
for 29 years. From 1973 to 1983 she worked in Lansing for Jack
Welborn through his House and Senate career. Mrs. Posthumus serves
on the American Legion Auxilary, Athletic Booster, and as a 4H
Leader. Despite her busy schedule, her number one priority is
raising the Posthumus' four children.
