For Public School Employees
H.B.
4310 of 1997
Sec. 166
Sponsor: Rep. Glenn Oxender

If a district or intermediate district

district will forfeit 5% of the total state school aid for the
district or intermediate district.
This language only applies to appropriations
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1999.
