Effective Date: For Fiscal Year ending September 30, 1999
This legislation requires that community college employees or
their dependents wanting coverage for elective abortions would
have to individually request that coverage and must pay for it
with a separate premium (allowing only a “life of the mother”
exception).
This language only applies to appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1999.
