Bus Trips to Washington, D.C. for the March for Life
The annual March for Life has been held in Washington, D.C., every year since 1973 when 20,000 people marched down historic Constitution Avenue. In 2012, on the 39th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade, approximately 300,000 joined together to protest this decision that changed the way life is treated in our country.
Help make the 2013 March for Life the best attended yet. January 2013 will mark the 40th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade with the March for Life taking place on January 25. Come, stand shoulder-to-shoulder with hundreds of thousands who believe as you do! Bring your youth, your youthful enthusiasm and your passion for life and join us on bus trips to Washington, D.C.
Branch County Right to Life
The Branch County March for Life trips will depart on January 24 at 7 p.m. from Elkhart, IN and at 8 p.m. from Bronson, MI. The estimated time of return is January 27 at 6 a.m. in Bronson, and at 7 a.m. in Elkhart. The trip will cost $170/person (4 per room) or $220/person (2 per room). Please note that the cost of the trip does not cover meals. Marchers will be staying at the Holiday Inn Capitol, directly behind the National Air and Space Museum. Children and youth are welcome on the trip, but those under 18 should be accompanied by an adult. Due to the nature of the trip and the March, children should be at least 7 years old. Gaylord Right to Life
Join Gaylord Right to Life for their annual Red Eye Bus Trip to Washington, D.C.The bus will leave Gaylord about 2 p.m. on Thursday, January 24, arrive in Washington, D.C., Friday morning for the March for Life, depart on Friday evening and arrive in Gaylord on Saturday morning, January 26. Grand Rapids Right to Life
Grand Rapids Right to Life will be hosting a bus trip to Washington, D.C. with many options, including several for attending the presidential inauguration. There are three packages, each with several different departure and schedule options. The first starts at $205, no meals are included and travelers will stay in hotels on Capitol Hill. The second starts at $170, it includes breakfast and travelers will be staying at the Quality Inn Hotel. The third is for those who wish to attend the inauguration, it starts at $355, it includes breakfast and the hotel is north of Capitol Hill. Lapeer County Right to Life
Lapeer County Right to Life is sponsoring a bus trip to the March for Life. The trip leaves at 5:45 a.m. on Thursday, January 23 from Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lapeer, and returns on Saturday, January 26 around 6:00 p.m. Trips start at $140 and include two nights at a motel and two breakfasts. Southern Downriver Right to Life
Southern Downriver Right to Life is sponsoring two separate bus trips to Washington, D.C. The red eye trip leaves Trenton in the evening on January 24, and returns to Trenton early morning on January 26. The other trip leaves Trenton in the morning on January 24, includes two nights at a hotel and returns to Trenton in the evening on January 26. Washtenaw County Right to Life
Washtenaw County Right to Life is sponsoring a red eye bus trip, no overnight stay necessary. Buses will depart Ann Arbor on January 24 and arrive in D.C. on January 25 for the March for Life.
