Americans oppose President Obama's pro-abortion action

A poll taken in late January and early February by USA Today and Gallup found that the least popular action taken by President Barack Obama in the early days of his administration was his decision to allow the funding of overseas family planning groups who provide abortions.
President Obama’s decision to reverse the Mexico City Policy, a policy which prevents tax dollars for overseas family planning from going to organizations which promote and provide abortions in other countries, was approved by a mere 35 percent of respondents. The majority of respondents, 58 percent, disapproved of his decision.

Proud of our “F” grade

The state of Michigan has again been given a failing grade from NARAL (the National Abortion Rights Action League). Annually, NARAL releases a report which analyzes state legislation and grades each of the 50 states based on how their laws restrict or don’t restrict abortion.
